Experience the night in Kurashiki at the observatory.
The Kurashiki Observatory is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter and is well known among locals. The observatory serves as a tranquil oasis in the night sky of Kurashiki, offering a one-hour private session in the viewing room with telescopes.
During this time, you can peer through the telescope, contemplate the starry sky from our signature infinity chairs, or simply unwind in the twilight. The ‘Kuraten Concierge’ will be present to guide you on how to use and enjoy the telescope and other facilities. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us anytime.

We will serve one soft drink instead. ・The contents of the snacks will change depending on the day of participation. ・No refunds will be made in the event that no stars are seen due to weather conditions on the day of the tour. ・The “Kuraten Concierge” is not an expert in astronomy, so there are some things we do not know about the stars.
