How do I make a reservation?

Please apply through the official reservation site.
If you have any questions about the contents of the tour, please contact us from the Inquiries page and we will reply to you within 2 business days.

What if I want to cancel?
A

Please let us know by e-mail or phone. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged except in the case of unavoidable circumstances such as weather or transportation. Please check the cancellation fee on the application page.

First, please check your spam folder or set your spam filter, etc.
If you still do not receive an e-mail, please ask us using the inquiry form.

What methods of payment are available?

Reservations made on the company website can only be paid in advance by credit card. In-store reservations accept credit card, iD, transportation system IC, and code payment.

Are tours ever cancelled?
A

The program may be cancelled if the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants or if we have no choice but to cancel the program due to the instructor, venue, or other reasons. In the event that the tour is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In the event that the tour is cancelled or postponed, we will not be able to compensate for the cost of transportation to the meeting place, accommodation, etc.

What should I do if I have an allergy on a tour that includes food?

If you cannot eat any foods due to allergy or other reasons, please let us know at the time of registration.
Please note that some menu changes may not be possible due to tour schedule.

Is possible. An English-speaking guide will accompany most of the tours.

There is no parking lot owned by our company.
